I Think I figured out one of TheProblems with the Weather App

I was noticing the outside temp reported by the app was way warmer than the local temp at my house or nearby airport.   Especially at night as the temps drop.
I noticed the app doesn't update weather data unless I restart the server or switch weather cities then back to my home city.   Screen shot below from MyServer taken at about noon Friday shows weather time is still 4:30 yesterday.  Thx.
